Employers

The RCBA Placement Service advertises job openings and pre-screens applicants. As part of the screening process each applicant is tested for spelling, grammar, vocabulary, proof reading and keyboard abilities. Confidential interviews are conducted and references are checked.

RCBA members pay 10% of the first-year salary of the hired candidate. RCBA gives a prorated 90-day guarantee on its placements.* If the employee terminates for any reason within 90 days of the start of employment, the fee is prorated as follows: 75% within the first 30 days of employment; 50% within 31 to 60 days of employment; and 25% within 61 to 90 days of employment

* This guarantee is effective only if the placement fee is received within ten (10) days of the invoice date.

Additional Service: If you locate a prospective employee, RCBA will administer the above described tests for a flat fee of $200.00.
