Participate in the Attorney Referral Service Modest Means Program

Help the RCBA increase access to legal services for low-to-moderate income individuals in Ramsey County and surrounding areas, whose income exceeds eligibility guidelines for pro bono legal services through Legal Aid and other such programs. In addition, reach new clientele, who may benefit from newly generated business from this sector. The program will provide reduced cost legal services for most non fee-generating areas of law, depending upon attorney participation.
